Music, music and more live acoustic music around the campfires!
From Thursday evening through the wee hours of Sunday morning, there will pretty much be continual live pickin' at any number of campsites or wherever folks are gathering. The only exceptions are when we're eating and sleeping, pitching washers, and during the formal concert.
And, the Saturday night encore concert by the extraordinary
HICKORY HILL BAND

How many times, before and after the first time they played for us, have I heard, "I'm not much of a bluegrass fan but I LOVE HICKORY HILL!"? Many of those "non-bluegrass" folks bought every one of their CDs after that 2008 performance. Imagine the perfect, most beautiful setting for a concert, the perfect type of appreciative music fans, after a perfect fish-fry meal, with the absolute most perfect band atuned to all these magical elements that every musician dreams of having for a performance, ... that band would be known as Hickory Hill.

A quick note; we will get a count from Evite responses on October 16 to determine the amount of food to buy. Those who respond to the Evite will be fed first, if there is any left, then everyone can partake. If you wish to ensure you get fed, please respond to the Evite with an accurate number in your party. THANKS!

As always, we welcome more musicians and good, quality folks to attend.
You might consider paying for a friend or musician

to expose them to this sensational annual event.
MUSICIANS! You are encouraged to bring and sell any product you
may have. We ask for nothing in return. This is about the musicians, song and songwriters and we want to help you in any way we can.

The price chart below are "suggested" minimum donations.  We spend $11+ per person, per day, based on 100 attending. We want everyone who is able, to attend. So, the "suggested minimum" is arbitrary and somewhat flexible.  All donations, within reason, will be acceptable.  Give what you can but don't sit home because you may be a few dollars short. We will work with you on this.

*  3 or 4 days all-inclusive event for a suggested donation of $50 per person.
*  1 day with overnight camping (noon-noon) & 2 meals for a $25 cash donation.
*  Any 1 day (12 hours) with one meal and no overnight for a $15 cash donation.

*  Saturday night concert only with Hickory Hill for a $15 cash donation.
*  Donations beyond the suggested minimums are very much needed and appreciated.
